Nicole Sarah – Calgary Wedding Photographer

Nicole Sarah grew up in urban and rural Saskatchewan. Her love of visual and performing arts started at a young age and only grew in intensity over the years. In 2008 she relocated to Calgary, Alberta where she completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Studies and Bachelor Of Education from the University of Calgary.

Her love of photography was born in the darkroom where she delved into different genres including landscape, abstract, portraiture and the music industry. Her love of wedding photography was sparked by her husband, a commercial photographer. Over the years, she has excelled becoming one of the most prominent and in demand Calgary Wedding Photographers.

Recently, by Wedding Industry Experts, she was voted and awarded 1st Place Most Popular Calgary Wedding Photographer, and 1st Place Most Popular Alberta Wide Wedding Photographer. Additionally, she was awarded 3rd Most Popular Wedding Photographer in Canada, and 5th Worldwide!

As a born and raised prairie girl, family and relationships are the center of my philosophy. I also understand what it’s like to plan a wedding (Yay!/Yikes!) and that’s why I will always be there for my clients every step of the way. Whether it’s giving advice on florists, finding the perfect outfit or prop, and even listening to you giggle (or cry!) I’m there.

my STYLE

I am a boutique nature inspired wedding, engagement, and lifestyle photographer. My style is largely candid with a soft, feminine and romantic appeal.
I also shoot quite a bit in Arizona, California, and the UK. Do you like Mexico? So do I! That’s why I am also available for destination weddings.
