The Lake House Fall Wedding Calgary Wedding Photographers
Tina and Jeff had a beautiful fall micro-wedding at the Lake House in Calgary. It was a day full of love. The weather this fall was lovely. We were blessed with above seasonal temperatures which gave us colorful and stunning images. Fall weddings in Calgary are always so wonderful.
Wedding Planning Details:
Our original wedding plan was to have a simple wedding in Hawaii. But of course with Covid we weren’t able to do that! We had put off planning our wedding until mid August hoping that things would improve.
We both wanted a simple, stress free wedding with our closest friends and family. Pinterest and Instagram made it easy to find vendors and our wedding location!
Favourite Parts of Your Wedding Day/Favourite Details:
Honestly the whole day was amazing and pretty stress free which was exactly what we had hoped.
Everything turned out beautifully! Simple and elegant which was what we wanted. The best part was spending time with all our favourite people! We really wanted a nice dinner for everyone to celebrate in our happiness.
Honeymoon Plans:
Well since our original wedding plans were supposed to be in Hawaii, we would have been there for our honeymoon too. We did go for mini trip to Lake Louise for a few days. It was a nice getaway considering we haven’t gone anywhere lately.
Advice for Couples:
Keep it simple!
We kept it simple and didn’t stress ourselves through the process. We didn’t start planning the wedding until 2 months prior and everything worked out pretty great! We also didn’t have high expectations because of this too, but the day couldn’t have turned out any better.
You don’t need to go overboard and stress about the little things for it to be magical!
