I had been waiting…on pins and needles for this wedding day to arrive! And, like most wedding days it was a joyous whirlwind.
Kelly & Todd…are two amazing people. I have been fortunate enough that all of my wedding photography experiences have been fantastic – but every once an a while people step into your life that make you go “wow…this is why I do what I do!”.
These two are the pure embodiment of love and joy. Their family and friends are such an integral part of their lives – and this reflected in every aspect of their wedding day.
Kelly & Todd’s wedding at Heritage Park in Calgary included a ring warming ceremony, in which their wedding rings were literally passed through the hands of their family and friends, while they gave happy thoughts and wishes for their new marriage before placing their rings.
From the ring warming ceremony, their inspiring and tear-jerking vows, the flapper costumes, to the man in the moon photo booth, this wedding was joyous, elegant and fun. The definition of a perfect wedding day.
