Malcolm Hotel Canmore Spring Wedding
Kevin and Patrick’s wedding day at the Malcolm Hotel in Canmore, Alberta, was a dream come true. After 15 years together, they were finally tying the knot surrounded by loved ones. I had an absolutely wonderful time getting to know them and also capturing their big day.
Their love for wine and food shone through in every detail, from the carefully curated menu to the exquisite wine selection. Although they dreamed of getting married in Paris, they opted for Canmore to ensure all their loved ones could attend. Every moment was planned thoughtfully by rocky mountain wedding planners.
The ambiance was reminiscent of a Parisian garden, with hydrangeas and large floral arrangements provided by Willow Flower Co adorning every corner. Soft pastels and dusty blues set a romantic tone for the day.
As the ceremony began, guests were in awe of the gorgeous floral backdrop framing the couple. Kevin and Patrick exchanged vows, their love filling the air with joy and excitement. Additionally, I found the background of the three sisters mountain range to be so majestic. The background was the perfect fit for their formal photos.
To kick off the dinner reception, a bottle of champagne was sabred in true celebratory fashion. The newlyweds then led a napkin wave, signalling the start of a memorable evening.
The dinner was a culinary delight, with each dish crafted to perfection. Guests savoured every bite, toasting to the happy couple’s future.
Lastly, the dance floor came alive with energy and laughter. Pez productions provided a fantastic party. My favourite part was when everyone jumped on the dance floor.
Their wedding was a magical day, filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments. Kevin and Patrick’s union was a testament to their enduring love and commitment to each other.
